Agriculture Minister Martin Heydon says he's allowing the vaccine to be used as a result of four outbreaks of the disease in the North.

Ballinamore Seán O'Heslin's tabled the motion for the annual convention in the Bush Hotel on Wednesday night. 

Minister Jerry Buttimer visited Ballinamore today to make the announcement.
