The head of the HSE has told an Oireachtas Committee these have been shared with the families concerned, along with recommendations.

The issue was raised in the Dáil yesterday.

He'll visit The Island Theatre in the town at 11.30am.

Dublin West TD, Ruth Coppinger and Richard O'Donoghue of Independent Ireland debated the issue of fox honting on this morning's Joe Finnegan show.

That's according to a study carried out by transition year students in south Roscommon.

St. John's National School are based on the Battery Road in Longford Town and they were raising funds for trips for the kids, facilities and equipment.

The event has raised thousands of euro for the mental health charity North West Stop in recent years.

It's part of a nationwide campaign which runs until January 5th.
