A former jeans factory in Co Longford is set to be sold for up to €8 million.
The former Atlantic Mills plant in the Clondra/Tarmonbarry area once employed over 600 people, before it closed in the late '90s.
It includes an industrial facility of 360,000 square feet and 78 acres of land.
