Public invited to vote across the categories before the 14 November

It comes after Ardagh's Cian McPhillips finished fourth in the 800 metres final at the World Athletics Championships.

Hundreds of people watched the race in the Longford Athletics Centre. 

He set a national record but just missed out on a medal coming home fourth in the 800 metres men's final. 

McPhillips was just 0.2 seconds off bronze

His home athletics club, Longford AC, will screen the race live in their building in Longford town.
