Smokers in Roscommon and Galway are being urged to seek help to quit with new dedicated supports.

The HSE Health Promotion & Improvement team, Community Healthcare West is now offering a
Stop Smoking Advisor to offer you free expert support to become an ex-smoker, as
well as advice on stop smoking medications that help relieve withdrawal symptoms.

The campaign focuses on a 28 day Stop Smoking Challenge.
