A house in Longford town was extensively damaged in an arson attack overnight. It happened in McEoin Park in the early hours of this morning. The house was in flames and there was extensive damage, but no one was injured.
Gardai say investigations are ongoing. Local councillor Seamus Butler is condemning the incident:
