Motorists are advised that works in the centre of Carrick On Shannon are due to resume today.
A number of roads are due to close until the end of March as part of multi million Public Realm works.
The works paused for the Christmas period and its hoped that the majority of the project will be complete by the late Spring.

Roads affected by closures from today include Main St. from the junction of Park Lane to St. Georges Terrace (Town Clock) and St Georges Terrace from the junction with Quay Road to Main St. (Town Clock).
