A popular Carrick on Shannon restaurant has unveiled plans for a new hotel extension. The Red Bank restaurant was granted planning permission last year for an extension consisting of 12 new hotel rooms.
Construction drawings are now being finalised with the project set to go to tender in the coming months. Owner of the Red Bank, Jason Horkan says once the development is completed, there will be 10-15 new jobs created:
