Planning permission is being sought for a new housing development in Carrick on Shannon.
The proposed development at Drishogue would see the construction of 31 apartments across two buildings.
Included in the application is the development of 21 two bedroom apartments and 10 one bedroom apartments.

The new development would also see 40 car parking spaces, 62 bicycle spaces and new pedestrian and vehicular access into the site.
County planners will decide on the application in January.
