N55 between Ballymahon and Edgeworthstown closed for four days in July

Longford council is giving notice of the closure of the N55 between Edgeworthstown and Ballymahon next month.

The proposed road closure will take place from Monday the 6th of July to Friday the 10th.

The closure will be to facilitate road resurfacing at various locations on the route between the two towns and will happen on a 24 hour basis.

Anyone who wants to make submissions on the proposed closure can contact the council offices not later than Thursday the 18th of this month.
