The findings of a review of the garda investigation into the suspicious death of Leitrim man Liam Farrell will be revealed next week.
The 87-year-old was found dead at the back of his house in Rooskey in January 2020, and his family believes he was attacked.
Last September Garda Commissioner Drew Harris ordered a review of the investigation, after an inquest returned an open verdict.
Liam's son Willie says the findings will emerge at a meeting in Carrick-on-Shannon garda station next Friday:
