It's feared that a number of local jobs are at risk. That's after it was announced that the company behind Fastway Couriers Ireland has entered receivership. Inflation and rising operating costs are being blamed for the reasons this. Fastway has operated a hub in Mullingar since 2010, while it's expected there will be delays and disruption to parcel deliveries as a result.
