Close to €30,000 has been allocated to projects in Co. Roscommon under the Heritage Council's 2025 Community Heritage Grant Scheme. The Heritage Council is distributing more than €1.9 million through the scheme this year to support 132 heritage initiatives across Ireland.
The Connaught Rangers Association based at King House in Boyle will receive over €17,000 following todays announcement. Meanwhile, the Portrun Development Clg will receive close to €6,500 and the Ballydangan Bog Red Grouse Project will benefit from funding of €6,000.
