Thousands of local students took part in Jersey Day last week, supporting a well known Irish Charity.
Students from Longford, Leitrim and Roscommon swapped their uniforms for their favourite sports jerseys to raise funds for GOAL's global humanitarian work.
A total of 25 local schools took part in Jersey Day 2023.

Nationally, almost 400 schools took part in the fundraiser, which supports projects in some of the poorest parts of the world.
GOAL's Director of Fundraising Eamon Sharkey thanked all participating schools and Minister Josepha Madigan for her support.
Jersey Day was sponsored this year by schoolbook publisher Folens.
