Leitrim County Council has confirmed four new apartments in Keshcarrigan are on course to be allocated in August.
In a statement to Shannonside FM, the local authority said that right of way and easement issues involving Uisce Éireann are nearing resolution.
The four one-bedroom apartments have been completed but have remained vacant since last December.

The council says it intends to make the homes available for allocation once the outstanding issues are resolved.
