Members of the IFA and other farming organisations are calling on Larry Murrin to step down, after it emerged his company, Dawn Farm Foods, imported a small percentage of its beef from Brazil.

The IFA is calling for Mr. Murrin to be removed from his position

Sinn Féin last week had proposed a motion calling on Murrin to be removed from his position after it emerged that 1% of the beef his company Dawn Farm Foods used came from Brazil.

The demonstration comes as the chairman of Bord Bia faces questions inside the house about his company's importation and use of Brazilian beef.
