Leitrim overcame Warwickshire in Round four of the Lory Meagher Cup to book a place in the final.
Stephen Goldrick and Colm Canning both hit points as both sides played out an evenly fought opening half in Carrick-on-Shannon.
James McNabola hit the back of the Warwickshire net after 28 minutes. However, Warwickshire worked a goal of their own from play just two minutes after.
Gavin O’Hagan stuck another point for Leitrim as they sides went to the break level. At half-time the sides were tied on 1-7 apiece.
Colm Canning, James McNabola and Dhani Keane all landed points for Leitrim as they built a five point lead with 54 minutes played, 1-13 to 1-08.
Warwickshire rallied with a number of points before they got their second gal of the day on 66 minutes leaving two pins between the sides.
James McNabola got another point for Leitrim as they held out for a three point win, 1-18 to 2-12.
14-man Longford beat Cavan
Whereas, Longford endured a difficult first-half in Kingspan Breffni Park where they trailed by eight points at the break.
Longford were reduced to 14 players when Joe Rabbitt was shown a red card after 28 minutes.
A number of Ruben Murray efforts kept Longford’s scoreboard ticking over as they trailed at the break, 0-12 to 0-4.

Longford’s third goal of the game came on 65 minutes when Michéal Mulcahy struck to all but secure the victory for the visitors.
