Scoil Cnoc Mhuire Granard landed the All-Ireland senopr "B" schools title.
An eight point win over St Nathys College of Ballaghaderreen sealed the title in Pairc Sean O’Heslins, Ballinamore.
St. Nathys got off to a strong start when captain Conor Moriarity found the back of the net for his side after four minutes.
The Granard outfit grew into the game with the aid of a strong breeze and were rewarded after 26 minutes when Aaron Plunketts expertly fired the ball past Patrick Gaynor, into the back of the St Nathys net.
At half-time Cnoc Mhuire held a four point lead, 1-8 to 1-4.
St. Nathys dug deep in the second-half, reducing the deficit to two. Dean Casey led the charge for the Connacht champions.
Two goals in the space of four minutes sealed the result for the outfit when Niall O’Donnell and Karl O’Hara both found the back of the Nathys net on 52 and 56 minutes. Putting the result out of reach for St. Nathys.
Scoil Cnoc Mhuire ran out eight point winners on a score-line of 3-11 to 1-9 in Ballinamore, claiming a first All-Ireland title since 2013 in the process.
