Tenders are being sought for the refurbishment of the Lus na Greine Family Resource Centre in Granard.
The project would involve the refurbishment of the inside of the building and a complete fit out to restore it to the client's satisfaction.
It's understood the tender process is part of an application seeking funds to carry out work to make the building more accessible and user friendly for the groups and clients who use it.
The resource centre serves the community of Granard, Abbeylara, and Mullinalghta.
Services include Bereavement Support, and a Drop in Centre providing support on issues like unemployment, health, and community projects.
The centre has recently taken part in the national final for the Bank of Ireland "Begin Together" awards under the Local Community Enterprise Section.
