Motorists are being warned of a lot of surface water on roads across the Shannonside region this morning following heavy rainfall.
Met Eireann has issued a Status Yellow rainfall warning for Leitrim, Sligo, Donegal and Mayo which will remain in place until 5 o’ clock this evening.
Between 25 and 35 milimetres of rainfall is expected.
