Shannonside mother calls for common sense on schools re-openings

A Shannonside mother of four, is calling on the government and schools to ease the financial burden associated with Covid 19 regulations on returning to school.

As well as having to purchase PPE equipment, parents are likely to be asked to ensure students wear a freshly washed school uniform each day.

Mary, who has three girls in primary school and a boy in secondary school, is calling for common sense to prevail at least in respect of school crests.
