Three Roscommon siblings are due back again in the High Court today on charges related to alleged contempt of court.
Michael Anthony, David and Geraldine McGann were arrested and brought to the High Court on last Friday evening to answer allegations they were in contempt of court by refusing to leave a property at Falsk , near Strokestown in Roscommon.
The judge had made orders in March requiring the family to leave the farm following an application by KBC bank which obtained a possession order for the property some years ago.
The McGanns were released late on Friday evening after they appeared at the High Court and agreed to vacate the property.
They also agreed that they wouldn't ask anyone else to occupy it, and they would direct any others in attendance to leave.
The farm had been the scene of a controversial eviction, and re-entry by the McGanns in 2018.
Lawyers for the family told the court on Friday they needed time to prepare for the substantial hearing of the contempt proceedings as they'd only been asked to represent them at short notice.
Ms Justice Leonie Reynolds reminded the McGanns of the "very serious consequences" of breaching any of their undertakings and adjourned the matter until todays sitting of the court.
