A Roscommon Councillor has criticised a government housing initiative. Fianna Fáil's Paschal Fitzmaurice raised the issue at yesterdays Council meeting.
He says the Cost Rental Scheme is unviable under it's current terms and conditions. Cllr Fitzmaurice believes some local authorities are not engaging with the scheme because of the cost involved:
