Longford County Council has published Part 8 planning for the renovation of a former healthcare facility in Newtownforbes.
The council is seeking permission to change the use of the building and renovate it into a four-bedroom single storey dwelling.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase at the offices of Longford Council in Longford town during official public opening hours up until Wednesday the 7th of April.

Submissions may be made in writing to the planning section of the council not later than Wednesday the 21st of April.
