Over €140,000 allocated to local public libraries

Over €140,000 has been allocated to public libraries in the Shannonside region. The announcement made by the Department of Rural and Community Development under the Libraries Capital Programme

Locally, Leitrim is to receive just over 52 thousand euro, 44 thousand euro is on the way to Roscommon with Longford to benefit from just over 43 thousand euro. The funding will allow for the provision of sensory equipment, facilities and accessibility infrastructure.
