Cavan sees 217 approvals from January to March, 150 houses and 67 apartments.
This is followed by Monaghan's 131- 113 houses and 18 apartments.
45 units were granted in Leitrim, 28 houses and 17 apartments.
In Longford, there were 31, 13 houses and 18 apartments while in Roscommon there were 25- 22 houses and 3 apartments.
