Meeting hears construction on Carrick bypass won't start until 2029

This month's meeting of the Carrick MD has heard construction on the proposed Carrick-on-Shannon bypass won't commence until 2029. The project remains on track for submission to An Coimisiún Pleanála in the last three months of this year.
