A man has been arrested following two burglaries in Athlone on Monday
The man in his 20s was arrested by Gardaí after two commercial food businesses reported break-ins in the mid-afternoon and evening in the town.
The man was subsequently arrested and is currently in custody in Longford Garda station in connection with the incidents.
