Thirteen Enterprise Hubs across the Shannon side Northern Sound region are being given a funding boost of over 950,000 euro from the Enterprise Ireland.
Leitrim has four successful recipients, Cavan has three, Monaghan and Roscommon has two and funding was also awarded to centres in Athlone and Ballinasloe
In County Leitrim, The Drumshanbo Enterprise centre is to benefit from over 81,000 euro, (81,384) and the Community Council in Drumshanbo over 96,000 (96,240) from funding announced by the Department of An Tánaiste today.
The hub in Manorhamilton is to get just over 16,000 euro (16,304) and in Carrick-on-Shannon the Hive has been awarded over 139,000 euro (139,637).
The Spool in Boyle is also included in the list and it has been awarded over 67,000 (67,500) euro.
Athlone Community Development Association is being granted-aided for over 82,000 (82,600) euro, while the Ballinasloe hub is receiving just over 50,000 euro (50,176).
As part of the overall investment through Enterprise Ireland of over 8 million euro nationwide, Enterprise Castlerea has also secured over 52,000 (52,500) euro.
