Many people who viewed the Garda Siochana's Jerusalema video have been commenting on the Irish dancing skills of the garda featured performing in front Templemore college, but little did they know that the garda is question is a former Riverdance member.
The gardai released the video showing members of the force performing the Jerusalema dance at scenic locations across the country in response to a challenge from the Swiss police who had put up their own performances online.
Garda Orla Clarke who's originally from Castletown Geoghegan in Co Westmeath was a lead dancer in the troupe for several years and is now an instructor in self defence and other skills at the Templemore college.

Orla spoke to Anne Norris on the Let's Talk show today about the reaction to the video and the fact that she never thought she'd be able to combine her two careers.
