Councillors in Leitrim are hopeful that a meeting with ESB representatives will bear fruit. The county was bore the brunt of Storm Éowyn last January. Thousands of homes, farms and businesses were left without power for over three weeks. Among the issues in the county includes forestry corridors, with calls within Leitrim for them to be increased.
