Leitrim based company King and Moffat Building Services has been named as a platinum winner at this year's 'Ireland's Best Managed Companies Awards'.
The company which is based in Carrick-on-Shannon and employs 400 people across the group was first established in 1978.
It also has offices in the UK, Frankfurt and Amsterdam.
King and Moffat has been steadily rising in the Best Managed Companies Awards since the mid 2000's and is now rated as 'platinum' winner.
It has delivered several projects in Ireland and the UK over recent years, including Center Parcs in Ballymahon, and the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham.
Brian McKiernan who's Group Commercial Director with the company says the awards help their operations, and their status in the construction sector.
"It's a very unique process that looks at all facets of the business. It forces you to look at your strategy every year and constantly challenge your strategy and how you're going to deliver it. It forces you to look at your internal processes and procedures every year and how you can improve on them. We would be dealing with some of the leaders in the industries like Amazon and Lidl. All the data centre people want to see that you can deliver their jobs and when they see these things that have a bit more comfort in going forward with you".
