There are hopes a significant jobs boost is on the way to Castlerea.
Roscommon County Council is set to sell three pieces of land in the Demesne to different companies - Connaught Contractors, Colleran Building and Civil Engineering, and All Star Shredding.
Councillors are due to sign on the sales at their monthly meeting on Monday.
