Sligo-Leitrim TD Frank Feighan has been named as a new Junior Minister at the Department of Public Expenditure. It follows the resignation of Paschal Donohoe as Finance Minister today. Tánaiste Simon Harris will take on the brief with his job in the Department of Foreign Affairs being filled by Helen McEntee.
Hildegarde Naughton has been named the new Minister for Education. The Tánaiste explained the role Feighan will take up in the Dáil this afternoon:
