An 80 year old woman has been killed in a road traffic collision in Longford.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the single vehicle incident outside of Edgeworthstown yesterday just before 5pm.
Local Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after the car left the road while traveling on the N4 at Lisnagrish and struck a wall

The woman, who was the sole occupant of the car was treated at the scene and brought to Tullamore Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
