A group of senior ministers will meet this afternoon to discuss what restrictions to ease in the coming months.
The cabinet sub-committee on Covid-19 will get advice from NPHET on what parts of the economy to reopen.
Health officials will advise whether construction can fully reopen next month.

Meanwhile, the Education Minister says she's hopeful schools can open on a phased basis from early next month.
The plan is to bring back Leaving Cert students and the youngest classes in primary school as close to the start of March as possible.
Other classes are likely to follow around two weeks later.
