Diocese that covers part of Co. Leitrim could be set for amalgamation

The Irish Catholic says Ireland's four archbishops are set to meet in Rome to discuss plans to merge more Irish dioceses.

It was announced recently that a priest has now been appointed to two parishes which has not previously happened before in the diocese.
