Roscommon County Council is looking for further information on an 8 million euro development planned for Tarmonbarry. It will include a drive-thru restaurant, several retail units, and 13 homes, and will create around 40 jobs. The council was due to make a decision on the planning application yesterday, but they've sought further information.
They want a traffic assessment and some changes made to the development . The developer, Councillor Tom Crosby, says he expected more information would be sought:
