In the Shannonside counties, the local electoral area around Ballinamore has recorded the lowest number of cases over the last fourteen days with 6 new cases reported between the 10th of this month and the 23rd.
The north Roscommon area has the highest amount of cases recorded over the two week period with a total of 50 recorded there over the two week period.
The Ballymahon electoral area in Longford, and the Athlone area in south Roscommon both recorded 12 new cases.
21 new cases were recorded in mid Longford and in mid Roscommon, 17 new cases are reported for the mid Leitrim Carrick on Shannon electoral area.
The north Longford local electoral area taking in Granard and surrounding villages recorded 9 new cases between the 10th and 23 of this month.
