275 Electric Vehicles registered in the Shannonside Region in 2023

There were 275 new electric vehicle registrations in the Shannonside region last year.

Roscommon saw the highest amount of registrations within the region with 131.

Meanwhile Longford and Leitrim, saw 78 and 66 registrations last year respectively.

Nationally, there were 24,863 new electric vehicle registrations in 2023 with Dublin accounting for almost half of the national figure.
