The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has today been notified of 484 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
Three additional deaths related to COVID-19 have been announced.
There has been a total of 2,143 COVID-19 related deaths in Ireland.

As of midnight Wednesday 16th December, the HPSC has been notified seven new cases of Covid 19 in county Roscommon, seven in county Longford and no new cases in county Leitrim.
