Our Lady's Hospital in Drogheda has the second highest rate of Covid patients nationwide today, with 32 positive tests in the facility, 3 of whom are in ICU.
UHG is treating 29 patients confirmed to have the virus, with 6 of these in the hospital's critical care unit.
That's followed closely by Sligo University Hospital at 27 positive cases, with the fallout from an onsite outbreak earlier this month still being felt.
The Midlands Regional Hospital in Tullamore is treating 12 Covid positive patients while Cavan General Hospital has 10 confirmed cases on site.
Meanwhile Mullingar Hospital and Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe are each dealing with 7 Covid patients.
