Seán Murray, 81, is a member of the Kiltoghert Total Abstinence Association and has been a pioneer all his life.
In an interview with Eoghan Murphy on today's Let's Talk, he called for the minimum age for drinking alcohol to be increased to 21 and for tighter laws on the advertising of non-alcohol beers.
