Up to 2,500 shoeboxes, with gifts, will be sent from Co Roscommon to poor children around the world this Christmas.
It's part of Team Hope's Christmas Shoebox Appeal.
They're being arranged at the old courthouse in Boyle, which Eoghan Murphy visited and sent us this report:
