Youth services for vulnerable and at-risk young people are to be established in the Shannonside region.
10 are set to be rolled out across the country - including in Longford-Westmeath and Mayo-Sligo-Leitrim.
Youth Minister Helen McEntee says they'll be targeted at 10 to 24 year olds in marginalised areas.
