Yellow rain and wind warnings impact Leitrim and Northwest region

A yellow weather warning for rain is in place now for Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo, it runs until 9pm tonight.

Met Éireann is warning of spot flooding and difficult travelling conditions.

A wind warning for Clare, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo began at 6 this morning, with Wicklow under the warning from 10am.
