Work is commencing on new sport grounds in Oranmore in Co. Galway today.
The Minister for Sport, Patrick O’Donovan TD will turn the first sod at the new facility in Renville West for Oranmore-Maree GAA One Club.
Over two and a half million euro has been invested in the new sports ground by the Department under its Large-Scale Sport Infrastructure Fund.

Chairperson of the Oranmore-Maree GAA One Club Sean Greene says it's taken 10 to 12 years to get to this stage of the development.
