Woman hospitalised following crash in Newtownforbes this afternoon

A woman has been hospitalised following a crash in Newtownforbes, Co. Longford this afternoon. The single vehicle collision occurred on Main Street at around 2:50pm.

Gardaí say a woman in her 30's, who was the driver of the vehicle, was brought by ambulance to Mullingar Regional Hospital as a precaution. They also say that no other injuries are being reported at this time.
