It remains to be seen when a troublesome water mains in west Roscommon will be replaced.
The Lowbridge, Granalahan and Cloonfad areas have seen up to fifty bursts over the last number of years, with the latest overnight.
This has resulted in the closure of the local primary school and crèche.
A commitment was previously given for the mains to be replaced, however, there is no indication of a start time.
