Motorists travelling on the N60 between Oran and Ballymoe are being advised of delays this morning.
Gardai are responding to an incident of damage to the railway barrier at Bellacagher which intersects the main Roscommon to Castlerea road.
Irish Rail has confirmed that train services between Westport and Dublin are also affected due to the level crossing having been damaged by a vehicle this morning.
